Excellent service from the whole team at Dwellings. I sold and purchased my new home via Dwellings who had recommended a solicitor for my property sale and purchase. The Solicitor did a great job in selling my house to free up funds ready for my new purchase. At no fault of Dwellings or their recommended solicitor I had to change the solicitor for the purchase as they were not on my mortgage lenders panel (biggest mistake I ever made). I instructed another firm of Solicitors and had no end of issues with them delays and no communication at all even when I told them that the chain involved in this transaction will collapse if we don’t complete, they just did not care at all. In the end I had to sack them and re-instruct the firm originally recommended by Dwellings who picked up the file and within 2 weeks managed to get this all wrapped up. A very well done to Dwellings and the wider team involved in this transaction. Highly recommended and Yas the owner is always on hand to advice on any issues as he is a Solicitor himself. I remember him being on a teams calls when he was on holiday to get my transaction completed. Thank you guys and I really appreciated your patience in this. 😊

Excellent all round service on recent sale including hosting viewings and arranging solicitors

Thank you to Yas & the team at Dwellings for their donation of £800 to our charity Tillys Voice Mental Health Wellness CIC. The money for the Xmas Dinner Event for the homeless and lonely we did in Burton on Xmas Day. I asked Yas to make a donation but he asked what the total cost was for the event which was £800 and within ten minutes he transferred £800 into the charities account. I personally have known Yas for 20 years, he would help anyone wouldn’t think twice, incredibly generous, he has done well for himself in business but is very down to earth and humble. Anyone looking for estate agent who is trustworthy and is not just interested in taking your money off you, I would highly recommend you instruct Dwellings.

I would like to say that the service from start to finish was exceptional. This might seem a strange thing to say as Dwelling did not get the sale in the end. However we had a professional photographer visit our house and he took great shots, plus the contact was first class through the whatapp group chat and finally when I requested a refund as the sale was made by another agent the cash was back in my bank within 1 hour. it was just luck that the other agent got the sale in the end but I would wholeheartedly recommend Dwellings if you are looking to sell your home.
