Our story so far…
Established in 2021. Dwellings are “Legally Trained” Estate Agents firmly rooted in the foundations of Burton-on-Trent and have been helping people across Burton and surrounding areas to buy and sell houses.
When we first opened, we offered to sell the homes of NHS staff for free as a thank you for everything they had done throughout the covid pandemic. For our first anniversary, we sold homes for free.
Our experienced team of estate agents are experts in the field and are highly knowledgeable about the local area. We use our vast knowledge to help guide you through the process of finding your perfect home or selling your existing property.

I’ve just Sold my house on swannington street. It was sold in the first week with a full asking price. The fee of £699 + VAT included a professional photographer and sales support throughout from start to finish. The fees were exceptionally low compared to other agents in Burton yet the service was so much superior than the agents I was onthe market with last year. I would definitely recommend Dwellings.

Dwellings market your property on 4 property sites, Rightmove, Zoopla, PrimeLocation and On The Market along with social media for an upfront cost of £499 plus vat. Team keep you updated and respond quickly, can be contacted out of hours via WhatsApp. All information is logged on the online portal which shows viewings, offers etc. Recommended and put us in touch with a Solicitor for selling and buying. Sold subject to contract and looking forward to our onward journey.....

We didn't actually use Dwellings to sell our house. However, our buyers first language wasn't English, coupled with the fact that they had bought several properties via Dwellings and had a good relationship with them, Dwellings acted as an intermediary, alongside our estate agents, who also did an excellent job.The sale took less than 2 months, which we appreciated in the current climate.I hope to never sell another property but if you are selling do give Dwellings a chance. They are significantly cheaper than almost everyone else and very reactive. Incidentally, Dwellings at no time asked us for any money.

All Estate agents follow the same process list your property on Rightmove & Zoopla, most charge a fortune but with Dwellings you save a fortune. My house was sold within 2 days. I got my house valued by 2 other Burton town centre based agents & their charges were 1-1.5% like £3000, DWELLINGS £499 PLUS VAT. More money left in my pocket, if you want to sell your house I wouldn’t go anywhere other than Dwellings. Dwellings are proactive, really organised, professional, friendly & very knowledgeable. Nothing was too difficult. I have never sold a house before so I was really nervous. Excellent Customer Service, kept me updated & informed every single step of the way. With my work commitments they even attended my house in the evenings to fill in my solicitor paperwork.

Nothing is too much trouble including communication outside office hours with friendly staff who want to help you through the process. Help finding solicitors and advice on offering for my new home. The selling fee was just £499 which in comparison to other local agents who were asking for a % of the selling price was excellent. Might I just add that this low fee was not a reflection on the service received and I can safely say it was my best experience to date with a estate agent and the process of selling my home.
