The SAVVY Seller Package - Frequently asked questions
Exactly the same service as any of our other packages.
1. You the “Seller”, “Vendor”, “Property Owner” must obtain valuations on the property which you wish to sell from two local estate agents which took place within the last 28 days.
2. You are required to forward these valuations to us at: Hello@dwellingsestate.co.uk –
“Hi Dwellings, I would like to instruct Dwellings to sell my property. I attach a copy of my photographic ID and two valuations which took place within the last 28 days. I would like you to sell my property for £X.XXX amount. This is my contact number 07123456789”.
3. We will then invite you to attend our offices at a time which is suitable for you & have a consultation with you.
4. Payment of £699 plus vat will be required regardless of the value of your home.
5. “For Sale” sign will be erected.
6. Our professional Photographer will attend your property to take the photographs & floor plans.
7. 24 hours after the Photographer has attended we will list your property on all the property portals Rightmove, Zoopla and On the Market.
8. We carry on as per usual with viewings & see you through to the finish line. Finish line being you receiving the sale proceeds into your bank account.
The above package allows you the Seller to save ££££’s, you will know exactly what the fees are of the other two agents from whom you have had valuations from. We guarantee you their fees will NOT be £699 plus vat.
This package is for the individual who is effectively “ready to rock ‘n’ roll” from day one. They are ready to sell their house, they know what their property is worth as they have had two valuations already done and want to save money on fees.
Time is money, you the seller are providing us valuations. We are an independent company, we do not give you expensive shiny wallets, we control our expenses, we don’t have expensive company cars, we are an owner led team led by what we call a “workaholic”, we focus on providing the best customer service to our customers whilst saving them fortune on fees.

The sole distinction lies in the opportunity to save an additional £360.00 by opting for upfront payment. Please note that the fee is non-refundable. In the event of changing circumstances leading to withdrawal, you have the option to remarket whenever necessary.
Once the completion of your house sale takes place, your solicitor will handle the payment of £1,440.00 from the proceeds. Rest assured that you only need to make this payment after your house has been successfully sold.
